The hard questions

The five we get asked every time.

What about my historical data?: The importer brings your customers, pets, vaccine records with expiry dates, reservations, and services. A reconciliation report flags anything that doesn't map cleanly, so you resolve it before go-live — and your Gingr export stays yours to keep.
Will my staff revolt?: No. The calendar is a drag-drop single pane, the reservation editor is one screen, and check-in is two taps. The interface looks like the paper roster your staff already knows.
What if I want to go back to Gingr?: Then you go back. There's no lock-in. Your data stays exportable, your Stripe account is yours, and your Gingr export doesn't go anywhere — the door stays open while you run both side by side.
Do you handle the Gingr cancellation paperwork?: We can't cancel Gingr for you, but we'll tell you exactly what to send them and where. The rest is one email from you.
What about my Gingr add-ons — POS, Mailchimp, Birdeye?: POS is built in on Stay and up — receipts, retail, tipping. Lifecycle email and SMS cover what you used Mailchimp for; review mining and auto-reply cover Birdeye. That's three add-on subscriptions you can stop paying for.
