Cookie Policy

This policy explains what cookies and similar browser storage RC Studio Holdings LLC ("TailRoster," "we," or "us") uses on the TailRoster platform — the marketing site, the operator application, and the pet-parent portal — why each one exists, and how you can control the optional ones. 1. Strictly necessary cookies
These keep you signed in and keep the application working. They are not used for tracking and cannot be turned off without breaking the service.

2. Analytics cookies (opt-in)
Product analytics (PostHog) are off by default. Nothing analytics-related is written until you press Accept on the consent banner; pressing Decline keeps analytics off. Your choice itself is stored in one first-party cookie:

If you accept, PostHog sets its own first-party cookies to distinguish visits; the product-analytics data we collect is described in the Privacy Policy. If you decline, no PostHog cookies are set at all.
3. Changing your choice
To change an analytics choice you already made, clear cookies for this site in your browser settings — the consent banner re-appears whenever no choice is stored, and you can choose again. Blocking or deleting the strictly necessary cookies above will sign you out and may prevent parts of the application from working.
4. Changes to this policy
We will post any update here with a new "last updated" date. If we add a new category of optional cookies, the consent banner will ask again before it is used.
